Our stay at this hotel was wonderful overall. The family room we had was spacious with great views of London. The breakfast had a few hiccups in terms of timing and quality on some days, but the friendly and helpful staff made up for it. The convenient location near the tube made exploring the city a breeze.

The hotel is well located near the Hammersmith Apollo, offering a clean environment with decent amenities. However, I encountered a few issues with room cleanliness and comfort, particularly with the bed sagging. The staff were quite helpful throughout our stay, but noise from the lift was a nuisance in our room.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was ideal, making it easy to get around, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. However, I struggled with the room size and the overall comfort. The dining options were satisfactory, but I wished for more variety at breakfast. Additionally, while some of the staff were friendly, the service could be more efficient in certain areas.

My stay was a mixed bag; the location was super convenient for exploring London, with easy access to public transport, but I had some issues with the room and the service could have been better. Although I appreciated the breakfast variety, I had a couple of setbacks that impacted my overall experience. The hotel has potential with some updates and better management.
Rooms
5.0
The room was quite spacious but felt very dated, lacking a fresh touch. It was clean, but the musty smell and older facilities took away from the overall comfort.
Service

The service was hit or miss; while some staff members were extremely helpful, my initial experience with the room change was frustrating and slow. More consistency would improve the experience.

Dining

Breakfast had a decent variety with options for everyone, though I found the cooked items lacking. The continental spread was much better, offering tasty pastries and fresh fruits.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel facilities seemed basic and could use improvements, especially the hot water system which was unreliable during my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the tube station, making it easy to access London's attractions. The staff were genuinely helpful, and the meal deals provided great value, especially with the breakfast options. However, the room I stayed in was quite cramped and not ideal for comfort due to limited air conditioning control. Overall, it's a decent option if you're looking for a budget stay in London.
Rooms

The room was very narrow, making it difficult to move around. The bath was also cramped for anyone over 5'6". It needs some improvements.
Service
8.0
The service was accommodating and friendly, especially during early morning requests for assistance.
Location

The hotel was perfectly situated, just a short walk to Hammersmith tube station, with plenty of cafes and shops around.
Dining
